Abstract

|
|
Quantitative determination of immunoglobulin was used in the diagnosis of prostatitis in seminal fluid and serum by radial immunodiffusion method.
The study was performed in 11 normal healthy men and 20 prostatitis patients and they were compared with each other.
Significant elevation of IgA in seminal fluid of patients with prostatitis was obtained.
